"It is the responsibility of the client to seek out the most qualified permanent cosmetic professional. The Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (spcp.org) provides a comprehensive list of Certified SPCP technicians in your area.
Although Ms. Whitney does corrections, we respect the privacy of our clients who have had previous “less than satisfactory” results. We also realize that there are hosts of contributing circumstances which may lead to fading, color change, etc., which are not due to technician failure.
